  • Grow and develop a world-class Public Sector sales organization.
  • Deliver financial results and manage all aspects of the sales process.
  • Define and evangelize the market strategy and sales philosophy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute successful strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with strategic Public Sector partners.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Collaborative work with marketing, product development, and customer success.
  • Strong understanding of the federal procurement process.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP and experience with government customers.
  • Knowledge of federal compliance regulations.
  • Experience selling to government agencies.
  • Strong network within the federal government.
  • Experience with driving pipeline conversion and consultative selling.
  • Understanding of security assessments (preferred).
  • 7+ years leadership/management experience.
  • Experience in startup/scale-up environments.
