Overview

As a member of the global Network Operations team, you will manage, monitor, and control one or more networks, ensuring optimal network performance across diverse platforms, mediums, and communication channels.

• Provide 12/7 follow-the-sun support for network performance.
• Manage network traffic and perform critical network operations.
• Respond to Quality of Service breaches and adjust call routing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in voice and data traffic routing.
• Telecommunications certification is an asset.
• Proficiency in core network management systems.
• Strong analytical skills in voice network signaling.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with IP networks and DCN management.
