Overview

The Service Assurance Specialist at Symbio is responsible for managing service assurance processes and activities for TaaS products and services, ensuring exceptional service delivery and support for customers and service providers.

• Join the Service Delivery & Assurance team in Sydney.
• Manage service assurance processes for TaaS products.
• Provide support for service assurance inquiries via phone and ticket.
• Ensure timely action on calls, tickets, and escalations.

• Handle after-hour escalations on a rotating roster.
• Requires 2+ years in Telecommunications or IT Operations.
• Strong understanding of VoIP/SIP, NBN, Ethernet, and Mobile technologies.
• Proactive and customer-focused attitude is essential.
• Flexibility in working arrangements is offered.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Telecommunications and/or IT Operational experience.
• Strong understanding of VoIP/SIP, NBN, Ethernet & Mobile technologies.
• Tertiary education in a related field.
