  • Collaborate with team leads for agent development.
  • Track and report on QA performance metrics.
  • Full-Time, Remote position operating on US PST hours.
  • Compensation of $5 per hour with performance-based increases.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience with ticketing systems is preferred.
