Overview

The Customer Service Specialist at our insurance agency will work in a supportive environment, helping customers with their insurance needs through inbound and outbound calls.

In Short

• Work from home or onsite in South Lyon or Plymouth, Michigan.
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Assist customers with various insurance products including auto, home, and life insurance.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must have a Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Proactive in offering products and solutions to customers.
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience.
• Recent call center experience preferred.
