In Short

  • Act as a cornerstone of commercial success by partnering closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Take ownership of CRM (Salesforce) and optimize sales tools.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales workflows.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools for efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity for reliable reporting and forecasting.
  • Lead the sales forecasting process and improve accuracy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Deep expertise in CRM and CPQ tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or Health Technology business models.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Analytical, strategic, and process-oriented mindset.
