Implementation Consultant, Professional Services - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you will deliver implementation projects for tax software products, advising clients as a technical expert and providing training and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Deliver implementation projects for tax software products.
• Advise clients as a technical subject matter expert.
• Provide training and prepare user guides and documentation.
• Perform product testing and troubleshooting.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.
• Respond to customer support requests promptly.
• Provide timely status updates to the Project Manager.
• Customize and configure applications based on client requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc requests directed to the Professional Services team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting roles.
• Strong knowledge in Direct Tax.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software.
