Senior Data Analyst, Product Analytics - Remote

Overview

This role involves leading large-scale product analytics projects and delivering business insights through data-driven storytelling. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to support product decisions for SafeSend, a tax automation software.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Experience with product analytics tools like Pendo and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping and A/B testing.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and mentoring skills.
• Ability to establish collaborative partnerships.
• Experience with MS Azure Dev Ops and SharePoint is an asset.
