Overview

The Delegate Sales Executive is responsible for the sale of delegate tickets for Asian Legal Business events within allocated industries and markets. You will grow delegate sales revenue by identifying potential new clients, cold calling prospective customers, managing customer enquiries, conducting sales calls, negotiating and closing delegate registrations.

  • Fully remote role.
  • Responsible for client outreach via phone or email.
  • Build new leads and secure additional sales.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Manage order processing and maintain accurate records.
  • Track sales pipeline and manage prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve services.
  • Fluency in English required; other Asian languages are a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in telesales.
  • Independent and results-driven.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and fluently.
  • Experience in event/exhibition delegate sales preferred.
  • Customer-focused in a fast-moving environment.
