Overview

The Academic Account Manager is responsible for maximizing market share, product revenue, preference, and usage in a designated territory by effectively managing a high performing set of assigned law schools.

Requirements

  • JD required; prior legal experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer service orientation and experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong leadership qualities and self-motivation.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Thomson Reuters products is a plus.
  • Experience in account management and territory management.
  • Ability to identify trends and recommend actions.
