Academy Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager is a critical role within Duarte’s Academy Operations team, providing comprehensive support to all six Enterprise Account Directors by creating and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and driving seamless workshop delivery processes.

• Manage SOWs and support Enterprise Account Directors.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity in Salesforce.
• Lead onboarding and workshop delivery processes.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service.
• Assist with billing requirements and invoicing.
• Document operational information and maintain records.
• Participate in operational improvements and scaling initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful delivery.
• Act as a producer when needed during workshops.
• Manage multiple work streams and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in account management or project management.
• Experience with contracts or SOWs preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
