In Short

  • Deliver customer support for antivirus software.
  • Manage inquiries about accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer issues related to software purchases and renewals.
  • Guide customers through installation and troubleshooting of antivirus programs.
  • Work Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English required.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Intermediate technical PC knowledge is necessary.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (B2H/C1 Level) and English (B2 Level).
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
  • Intermediate technical knowledge of PCs.
