Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for sports.
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Efficient in website/digital navigation.
  • A quiet, secure place to work from home.
