The Licensed Employee Experience Specialist at SureCo provides exceptional customer service and support to HR administrators, employees, and brokers in the healthcare sector, focusing on resolution quality and positive outcomes.

In Short

  • Provide first-line support to HR administrators, employees, and brokers.
  • Assist with HR admin platform support and troubleshooting.
  • Handle complex employee situations requiring licensure.
  • Conduct Medicare eligibility assessments and compliance-sensitive counseling.
  • Manage and resolve Zendesk tickets efficiently.
  • Document interactions thoroughly and identify systemic issues.
  • Support new hire enrollment and Qualifying Life Event requests.
  • Participate in team training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Focus on resolution quality and trend identification.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Active health insurance license required for Employee Experience roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Basic understanding of health insurance and benefits concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
  • Quick to learn new products, processes, and systems.
