SureCo is a customer service-driven organization dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of working Americans through innovative healthcare solutions. We are hiring a Technical Writer to document and maintain knowledge across our organization.

In Short

• Join SureCo as a Technical Writer.
• Document business processes and product features.

• 3-5 years of technical writing experience required.
• Base salary of $100-130K based on experience.

Requirements

• Must be US-based and authorized to work in the US.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or business software.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience with documentation tools (Notion preferred).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-directed with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones.
