SureCo is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare solutions that enhance the well-being of our customers. We are seeking a Temporary Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representative to join our Enterprise team and assist customers with their inquiries and enrollment processes.

In Short

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone and email inquiries promptly.
  • Refer unresolved queries to your manager.
  • Provide information about network providers to members.
  • Assist with application submissions.
  • Contact carriers to track enrollments and changes.
  • Work 100% remotely aligned with US Pacific Time.
  • Temporary assignment lasting 4 months.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 7AM-5PM PT.
  • Hourly wage of $25.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in healthcare.
  • Proficient in computer use with above-average typing speed.
  • Detail-oriented with data entry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with ease.
