The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking Remote Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing teams! As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. This position is challenging but rewarding, fast paced, and in a team environment.

In Short

• Handles inbound and outbound calls for billing and payment issues.
• Responds to patient inquiries professionally.
• Acts to arrange payments on behalf of clients.
• Follows client-specific protocols and policies.
• Investigates and responds to client enquiries.
• Enters and monitors payment arrangements.
• Adheres to applicable laws such as FDCPA and HIPAA.
• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or call center.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administration preferred.
• Bilingual candidates preferred for additional support.

Requirements

• 1+ years of call center or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient billing preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player with cooperative skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
