  • Basic knowledge of Linux, Mac, and Windows.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn multiple software tools quickly.
  • Proven capability to handle high volume inquiries.
  • Personal laptop with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet.
