Overview

The Industrial Service & Repair (IS&R) Market Manager is responsible for driving the sales growth of the industrial service & repair business within the defined geography, partnering with Account Managers for on-site support and opportunity identification.

In Short

  • Develop and manage sales and growth strategies for industrial service & repair.
  • Conduct market and customer evaluations to identify opportunities.
  • Create and implement marketing communication strategies.
  • Support local sales teams with marketing materials and promotional activities.
  • Act as a central coordination point for service & repair customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for joint sales calls.
  • Engage in regular updates and business reviews.
  • Demonstrate understanding of service & repair markets.
  • Build relationships at the executive level.
  • Travel as needed within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or technical/mechanical field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in Industrial Service & Repair.
  • Strong technical skills in service & repair.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a matrix environment.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Well-organized and able to coordinate with support groups.
  • Experience in multi-location settings is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated change-agent.
