Credit Card Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a world-class Credit Card Business Analyst for a role on our direct-to-consumer team supporting Sunbit’s Credit Card business.

In Short

• Conduct business and financial analysis to evaluate performance, determine strategy and prioritize opportunities, and drive successful execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, tech, analytics, marketing, and legal teams.
• Coordinate and manage projects to successful delivery, on time.
• Determine appropriate credit limits and terms for credit card applicants.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends.
• Recommend strategies to mitigate credit risk and optimize profitability.
• Research and identify new opportunities to grow, expand, and improve Sunbit’s products.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in Credit Card, Loans, or other financial services.
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Knowledge in Tableau, Python, R, or SAS.
• Proficient in forecasting models like time series forecasting.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Intelligent, go-getter, ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry for success.
• Experience cultivating credibility by building strong, collaborative relationships.
• Organized and able to manage ambiguity and complexity.
• Ability to work independently and at multiple levels.
