Overview

The Associate Manager, OnSite Operations leads regional execution of Stryker’s OnSite Services, driving operational growth, profitability, and service quality.

In Short

• Manage regional operations to meet financial targets and quality standards.
• Lead and support Regional Supervisors and OnSite Specialists.
• Oversee customer interactions including surgeons and hospital administration.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews and customer-facing presentations.
• Monitor and report regional performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Stryker policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Promote ProCare product offerings.
• Drive onboarding and training of regional team members.
• Develop and execute regional strategy aligned with business goals.
• Navigate ambiguity and make decisions in complex situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Adheres to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods.
• Observes and corrects inconsistencies in products.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with surgical procedures and hospital operations.
