Overview

The Associate Manager, Customer Service is responsible for managing customer retention, analyzing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards while providing exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Experience with Oracle and SAP systems.
