Overview

Catbird, a fine jewelry company, is seeking full-time Customer Service Associates for their E-commerce Department. This remote position requires occasional in-person training at their LA stores and is open only to candidates based in California.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in E-commerce Customer Service.
• Positive attitude and team mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Computer savvy.
• Empathetic and kind communication style.
• Experience with jewelry or luxury brands is a plus.
• Experience using Kustomer is a plus.
• Located in LA/SF area is a plus.
