Overview

The Technical Partner Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with financial partners, ensuring successful technical integrations, and optimizing partner performance.

In Short

Build and maintain relationships with key financial ecosystem partners.
Collaborate with partners to define and implement successful integrations.
Establish SLAs and performance standards for partner accounts.
Work across multiple teams to support process enhancements.
Assist in incident resolution and partner communications.
Identify and propose solutions for operational inefficiencies.
Provide ongoing training and support to partners.
Gather feedback from partners to inform internal improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management or technical project management.
Proven ability to drive technical projects with external partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for technical information delivery.
Willingness to travel (30%) as needed.
