Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Stripe, you will build trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision makers to provide business and technical thought leadership, helping them solve mission-critical business challenges.

In Short

• Work closely with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Drive thought leadership and provide business model architecture.
• Conduct business analysis and background research on customers.
• Lead strategy engagements and align solutions to business priorities.
• Expand Stripe’s footprint within existing accounts.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer” to leadership and product teams.

• Manage pre-sales projects and proof of concept development.
• Showcase Stripe's platform capabilities and customizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong executive engagement skills.
• Effective group-facilitation and meeting leadership skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and API architecture.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Stripe’s Payments and Billing systems.
• Ability to understand diverse applications in a technology stack.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
