  • Partner with account executives and technical managers for post-sale engagements.

  • Advocate for customers internally and share insights for product improvements.
  • Support book expansion by identifying opportunities for customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise relationship management or consulting.
  • 2+ years in the Fintech, Neobank, or Lending space.
  • Experience with BNPL-specific challenges.
  • Familiarity with ledgering, virtual cards, and ACH.
  • Experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a complex book of business across time zones.
  • Strong data navigation and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
