Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving Strike's market growth across West Texas by cultivating strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and securing contracts in alignment with the company's core service lines.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive business development experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Permian Basin / West Texas energy market.
• Proven success in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
