Junior Sales Engineer - Remote

Overview

Stream is looking for a tech-savvy EMEA based Junior Sales Engineer to assist with the selling of complex technological products or services. The Junior Sales Engineer's responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of Stream’s software, services, and assisting to close sales deals where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs.

• This is a full-time job opening based in our Amsterdam office.
• Hybrid policy: applicants based in the Netherlands or relocating here, are expected to work in the office in Amsterdam 3 times per week.
• Relocation and visa sponsorship is possible.
• Remote in London is also an option.
• Preparing and developing technical demonstrations to explain our company's products.
• Discussing technical needs with customer product managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with sales teams to provide technical sales support.
• Continuously researching Stream’s products to meet customer needs.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues to management.
• Training sales team members on technical aspects of products.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales engineer experience.
• Experience in technical sales and the technology field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and team working skills.
• Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience using and/or selling API products preferred.
