Overview

We’re seeking a Staff Python Engineer to lead the development of our open-source video/voice AI Python library. In this high-impact role, you’ll architect, build, and maintain a powerful toolkit for developers integrating voice and video AI into their products.

In Short

• Architect, develop, and maintain our open-source video/voice AI Python SDK and library.
• Ensure the library is well-documented, thoroughly tested, and easy for developers to adopt.
• Drive code quality through robust testing, benchmarking, and automation.
• Engage with the open-source community and shape the roadmap through feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX/design, and other engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production-level Python software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building or maintaining open-source libraries.
• Deep understanding of Python ecosystem tools.
• Track record of leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication skills.
