Staff Python Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions across the team.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and services, primarily in Python.
• Contribute to data processing pipelines and ML platform.
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows, observability, and deployment strategies.
• Perform design/code reviews and mentor engineers.
• Define and uphold standards for testing, documentation, and code quality.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product, and sales to align tech with business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in backend engineering, especially in Python.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and data infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Familiarity with Terraform and EKS operations.
• Ability to lead discussions and mentor team members.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
