Admissions Support Associate - Remote

Overview

The Admissions Support Associate will interface with Admissions Officers and support other admissions staff to provide valuable administrative and coordination support to the whole Admissions Operations department.

• Maintain audit compliance for admissions documents.
• Review and process files of new student applicants.
• Enter data into the Admissions Information System.
• Admit and matriculate prospective students.
• Weekend and evening hours required.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills needed.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• At least one year of administrative experience required.

Requirements

• Some college education required.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week if needed.
• Must be able to travel occasionally.
• Ability to work onsite or remotely as required.
• Must be able to lift as required.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed.
• Must have access to reliable internet for remote work.
• Other essential functions may be modified.
