In Short

• Part-time position for an Ellucian Colleague Student Accounts Receivable Consultant.
• Provide implementation support, training, and technical assistance.
• Analyze business processes related to student billing and payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technology advancements.
• Propose improvements to optimize the Colleague module.
• Coordinate project delivery with internal and external teams.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience with the Colleague Student Accounts Receivable module.
• Experience in implementation of the Colleague module.
• Expertise in streamlining student billing and payment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues within the module.
• Strong communication skills and customer service approach.
• Self-directed with solid problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing reports for student accounts.
• Ability to communicate user requirements to technical teams.
• Knowledge of Colleague usage across different institutional types.
• Preferred ability to travel.
