Colleague HR Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Colleague HR Consultant to join our collaborative and innovative consulting team. Bring your strong communication skills, passion for higher education, and professional Ellucian Colleague (formerly Datatel) HR expertise to assist our clients’ ERP integrations, customizations/de-customizations, and scripts to ensure clean data reporting and operational excellence.

In Short

• Work with multiple client institutions and projects.
• Assist campuses in transforming and customizing their Colleague instance.
• Focus on optimal performance and data accuracy.
• Lead organizational change and technology adoption.
• 5+ years’ experience in HR functional areas and ERP/CRM implementation.
• Facilitate diverse groups and create consensus.
• Review and recommend policy changes and organizational alignment.
• Provide a consultative approach to end clients.
• Map current and desired processes in detail.
• Travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change.
• 5+ years’ experience in HR and ERP/CRM.
• Solid leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in business process review.
• Ability to facilitate diverse needs across higher education.
• Mapping complex processes and roles.
