HR Consultant - Temp - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Consultant is a full-time, contracted position responsible for supporting the HR needs of Parfum Christian Dior’s (PCD) first free-standing boutique in Montreal, Quebec. This role will oversee the recruitment and onboarding needs of the store and its employees through store opening. This role will also be responsible for providing ongoing HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle, as well as contributing to any relevant human resources needs as they arise.

• Lead recruitment efforts for open headcount from sourcing to offer.
• Onboard new hires and ensure they are set up for success prior to store opening.
• Advise on Canadian labor laws and ensure compliance, specifically in Quebec.
• Be fluent in French for proper support and communication.
• Support with additional store opening needs from a people perspective.
• Conduct all other job-related activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in human resources.
• General knowledge of Canadian labor laws, specifically in Quebec.
• Fluent in French.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
