The Training and Employee Experience Specialist for LVMH Beauty North America Distribution Center is responsible for creating a dynamic work environment that fosters employee growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in Human Resources or Learning & Development.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proficient in Excel and data analytics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Experience in health and safety training is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and autonomy.
