Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical selection and people operations.
• Assertive communication and high emotional intelligence.
• Proactive in detecting improvement opportunities.
• Clear business vision impacting company growth.
• Comfortable with HR software and data analysis.
• English level B1-B2.
• Reside in Spain.
