In Short

• Lead the social conversation for Product Hackers and the entire group.
• Have autonomy, visibility, and resources to create impact and manage a growing brand network.
• Lead, manage, and execute the social media strategy, becoming a key pillar in our video and podcast strategy.
• Work alongside designers, editors, and the marketing team.
• Be the creative spark and strategic compass that drives our networks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience leading social media and video strategies (ideally in B2B service companies).
• Advanced knowledge of key platforms: LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and publishing and analytics tools.
• Ability to include video resources (reels, shorts) in the social media strategy.
• Passion for copywriting to create engaging titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for YouTube and other platforms.
• Analytical skills to measure the impact of key metrics, improve, and learn.
• Proactivity and self-management skills.
• Confidence in your work and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
