In Short

• Develop growth strategies based on data to optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze conversion funnels to understand potential customer behavior and identify weaknesses and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate in prototyping user interfaces and apply designs in the execution of optimization strategies.
• Implement CRO methodology with clear growth objectives across all online channels.
• Participate in the implementation of analysis tools (A/B tests, heat maps, online surveys, etc.).
• Improve conversion processes at all funnel stages, including form enhancements and new technology implementations.
• Utilize data from tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for conversion optimization and user experience improvements.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in digital products and Growth.
• A scientific mindset with curiosity about how things work.
• Experience in data analysis using tools like Excel and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with testing and optimization tools like Optimizely and VWO.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to understand clients with empathy.
• Creative mindset and willingness to share ideas.
• Ambition for continuous improvement and learning.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Resilience in facing challenges and quick reactions.
• Intermediate English level (B2).
