Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager at Stord is responsible for managing the marketing and sales operations infrastructure, focusing on HubSpot platform ownership and ensuring efficient execution of operations.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day HubSpot operations including workflows and lead scoring.
  • Build and maintain marketing nurture sequences.
  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution of marketing programs.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and build reports.
  • Serve as primary admin for HubSpot and manage integrations.
  • Build reporting infrastructure for marketing and sales performance.
  • Proactively address data quality issues.
  • Work closely with Demand Generation and Sales teams.
  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to building the RevOps function.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing or revenue operations.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • High ownership mentality.
  • Comfortable in undefined environments.
  • Experience in ecommerce SaaS preferred.
