Overview

The Director of Experimentation will lead a team of data scientists and platform engineers at Stitch Fix, driving the innovation and continuous evolution of the experimentation process and platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science with a focus on experimentation.
• 3-5 years of team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of experimental design and statistical analysis.
• Platform engineering experience, preferably with experimentation platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience working autonomously.
