Director, Labs (Lean Startup, Experimentation) - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a visionary leader to incubate and scale new AI-driven business opportunities. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work alongside the CEO and senior leadership to identify, develop, and deliver the next $100M growth opportunity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in digital product strategy and growth.
• Proven track record incubating products from concept to launch with measurable financial impact.
• Deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
• Expertise in rapid testing, customer delight, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Computer Science background a plus.
