The Senior Product Director will lead Viator's internal platforms across Data, Machine Learning, Experimentation, Martech, and Customer Service, driving customer satisfaction and optimizing operations through data-driven, AI-powered platforms.

Requirements

• Experience building platform products for internal teams.
• Deep appreciation for technical requirements for platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with data tools and insights.
• Experience with build versus buy decisions.
• Passion for technology and early adoption of new products.
• Ability to scale teams and processes in a fast-moving environment.
