Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field preferred.
• Proven experience in labor market research or HR.
• Strong skills in data analysis and storytelling.
• Experience presenting to senior executives.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Strategic, KPI-driven mindset.
• Experience managing research projects.
• Fluent in German and English.
