Overview

As part of the Reseller Customer Success Team, you will comprehensively support our important reseller clients and proactively help their customers succeed in e-recruitment.

In Short

  • You will be the contact person for our most important strategic client group regarding the Stepstone product world.
  • You will proactively reach out to your clients and develop individual, data-driven solutions for their current challenges.

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial training, e.g., in dialog marketing, wholesale and foreign trade, or as an office clerk, or you can present a completed degree (e.g., in HR, business administration, economics, marketing).
  • You have initial experience in personnel management, sales, customer service, HR, recruiting, or online marketing, ideally in an HR-related or consulting environment.

  • You bring MS Office skills, ideally with initial experience in SalesForce, and can work efficiently on the PC.
