Customer Success Consultant for Strategic Major Clients - Remote

Overview

Join our team and take care of our strategic major clients. You will work in the Recruiting Service department and ensure that our clients are comprehensively supported, helping them to be more successful in e-recruitment.

In Short

• Coordinate client expectations and needs for recruitment and present our services.
• Ensure client success by providing comprehensive support and advising on our services and solutions.
• Monitor performance and optimize campaigns as needed.
• Build strong relationships with various client contacts.
• Collaborate with other departments on various client topics, such as sales, online marketing, and customer service.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies (e.g., business administration, social sciences, marketing, project management, human resources) or a completed commercial training.
• Experience in customer service or online marketing, ideally in an HR-related or consulting environment.
• Good technical understanding of performance marketing is desirable.
• Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm.
• Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
