Requirements

• 6+ years in People Operations/Program Management.
• Hands-on experience in onboarding and performance cycles.
• Experience administering HRIS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards.
• Practical knowledge of multi-state compliance.
• Clear communicator and low-ego collaborator.
