Sterile Processing Instructor (Online, Remote)

Overview

The Sterile Processing Instructor will teach in Stepful’s 12-week Sterile Processing Technician program, focusing on delivering high-quality online instruction and preparing students for the HSPA CRCST certification exam.

In Short

• Part-time position requiring approximately 10 hours per week.
• Fully remote role with additional paid onboarding hours.
• Teach live online classes via Zoom, 4 days a week.
• Support students in understanding Sterile Processing concepts.
• Assess student understanding and provide feedback.
• Communicate regularly with learners and document progress.
• Collaborate with the learning team to align with program goals.
• Ideal candidates should have CRCST certification and teaching experience.
• Afternoon and evening availability preferred.

Requirements

• CRCST certification (Required)
• Experience teaching, training, or instructing (Required)
• Comfortable teaching live online classes over Zoom
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work approximately 10 - 15 hours per week
• Ability to follow a standardized curriculum
