Campus is seeking experienced, mission-driven, student-centered instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses as part of our many programs. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about student success, thrive in virtual environments, and are excited to work at the intersection of academic excellence and educational innovation.

In Short

• Teach 11-week live, online courses.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Provide timely feedback and respond to inquiries.
• Host weekly office hours for student engagement.

• Stay current on industry trends and online teaching.
• Master's degree in subject area required.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience needed.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI educational tools.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in your subject area.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education.
• Passion for equity, access, and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
• Available to commit 8-10 hours per week per course.
