In Short

• Deliver engaging and interactive online courses in business administration and general education.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Host weekly office hours and communicate regularly with students.
• Collaborate with other instructors and the academic operations team.
• Stay current with industry trends in online education.
• Mentor Teaching Assistants in grading and evaluation.
• Attend administrative meetings for faculty.
• Contribute to co-curricular activities for students.
• Support Campus initiatives and participate in marketing activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree related to the subject matter or significant professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the college level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in learning management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to student success and affordable education.
• Ability to commit 10-12 hours per week per 11-week quarter.

Benefits

• $8,000 per 4-credit course/11 week quarter.
• $5,000 per 1-2 credit course/11 week quarter.
