Overview

Campus is seeking experienced, mission-driven, student-centered instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses as part of our many programs. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about student success, thrive in virtual environments, and are excited to work at the intersection of academic excellence and educational innovation.

In Short

• Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
• Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community.
• Work with Teaching Assistants to co-manage the course.
• Evaluate student progress and maintain grade records.
• Collaborate with peers and Campus staff to share best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends relevant to your subject area.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in your subject area.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms.
• Proactive and reliable with a commitment to online education.
• Passion for equity and supporting diverse students.
• Available to commit 8-10 hours per week per course.
